Madaëf's Cashless Solution Ushers in a New Era of Contactless Experiences
Marrakech, Morocco – Madaëf, a tourism powerhouse, has introduced "Cashless," a revolutionary payment and access control solution set to transform the guest experience at their hotels and resorts.
In a bold display of commitment to innovation, two Madaëf properties are unveiling the Cashless system: the Vichy Thermalia Hotel & Spa Moulay Yacoub and the prestigious Club Wifaq Rabat. Madaëf plans to implement the solution across their entire portfolio by 2025.
Cashless employs personalized NFC cards and wristbands to simplify access to amenities while improving flexibility and efficiency. Guests can now enjoy a fully digital payment process, enhancing their movement between different areas.
"Borne out of our Ideation Lab, Cashless is a testament to Madaëf's continuous pursuit of enhancement through technologies like IoT and digitization," explained Basma Kharbach, Area Director North – Centre. "Over the next two years, we will deploy this cutting-edge solution group-wide."
At Club Wifaq Rabat, Cashless has been customized for the diverse experiences offered. Adherents receive access cards that also function as e-wallets, while visitors use personalized wristbands. Waterproof children's bands have also been introduced. "By 2024, the system will be implemented throughout all Club outlets," added Laila Bensouda, Madaëf Golfs General Manager.
