Tragedy in Seoul: "Parasite" Actor Lee Sun-kyun Found Dead
Renowned South Korean actor Lee Sun-kyun, celebrated for his captivating role in the Oscar-winning film "Parasite," was discovered dead in Seoul on Wednesday. The 48-year-old performer had been the subject of a two-month-long investigation concerning drug charges, a grave offense in the stringent societal norms of South Korea.
Lee's lifeless body was found inside a vehicle parked in the upscale Seongbuk neighborhood. Law enforcement officials suggest that the evidence strongly indicates suicide, as the actor left behind a note resembling a will.
