He particularly praised the Atlantic initiative by King Mohammed VI, which ensures that Sahel countries have access to the Atlantic Ocean, and the African Atlantic initiative to foster peace, stability, and prosperity in the region.

The minister also acknowledged the ambitious African-Atlantic gas pipeline project, noting its importance for the development of African nations and the well-being of their populations.

Further, Nurtleu expressed admiration for Morocco’s social and economic progress under King Mohammed VI’s leadership, which has positioned the country as a model of development and resilience in the region.

He also praised the reform of the Family Code, aimed at ensuring the stability of Moroccan families and safeguarding the rights of women and children, in accordance with the King’s directives.

Moreover, Nurtleu highlighted King Mohammed VI’s pivotal role as President of the Al-Quds Committee of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation in supporting the Palestinian cause and his ongoing efforts to protect Islamic holy sites in Jerusalem. Kazakhstan also praised the tangible role of the Al-Quds Agency in implementing developmental projects and initiatives for the city's inhabitants, supporting their resilience.

Lastly, Nurtleu applauded the humanitarian aid initiatives ordered by King Mohammed VI for Palestinians in Gaza and Jerusalem.
