The National League of Professional Football (LNFP) has set the dates for the upcoming winter transfer window, which will run from Wednesday, January 15, to Friday, January 31, 2025. This decision, taken during a meeting held on Wednesday by the league's governing committee, highlights its commitment to shaping the future of national football.

New Registration Rights for Player Transfers

In addition to fixing the transfer period, the LNFP introduced updated registration rights for player transfers. These changes are expected to streamline the process and ensure greater transparency and compliance within the league's operations.

Focus on Youth Development

A significant initiative was also unveiled to strengthen youth football. LNFP President Abdeslam Belegchour presented a proposal for a championship exclusively dedicated to age-specific categories from training centers managed in collaboration with Evo Sport and the Royal Moroccan Football Federation (FRMF). This project received unanimous approval from the committee members and reflects a broader strategy to nurture young talent and enhance the professional football pipeline.
