Under the esteemed patronage of His Majesty King Mohammed VI, the 16th edition of the MEDays Forum is poised to take place in Tangier from November 27 to 30, 2024. This year's theme, "Sovereignties and Resilience: Towards a New Global Balance," encapsulates the pressing need for dialogue on national and regional sovereignty amidst a rapidly evolving geopolitical landscape.

The MEDays Forum serves as a vital platform for fostering continental and global discussions aimed at enhancing institutional, political, economic, and security resilience. As the world grapples with multifaceted crises, this forum seeks to address critical issues such as food security, energy transition, technological innovation, and environmental management. With over fifty scheduled sessions, participants will explore both the challenges and opportunities that Africa and other nations in the Global South face in this complex environment.

For the first time, the forum will be hosted at the Palace of Arts and Culture in Tangier, located on Mohammed VI Street along the Malabata coast. This venue is expected to facilitate engaging discussions among more than 250 high-profile speakers, including heads of state, Nobel laureates, and influential business leaders. The anticipated audience will comprise over 6,000 participants from more than 100 countries, underscoring the forum's significance as a gathering of diverse perspectives.

The MEDays Forum is not merely an event; it is an opportunity for collaborative dialogue aimed at identifying innovative solutions tailored to regional realities. By emphasizing resilience and sovereignty in discussions, the forum aspires to contribute meaningfully to a more stable and balanced international order.

Registration for this pivotal event is now open, inviting interested individuals to secure their participation. All attendees are required to obtain prior accreditation to engage fully in the rich array of discussions and roundtables scheduled throughout the four-day event.

As global dynamics continue to shift, the MEDays Forum stands out as a beacon for constructive dialogue and strategic cooperation among nations. It promises to be a crucial venue for addressing contemporary challenges while fostering a spirit of solidarity and shared purpose among its participants.
