Orange Maroc unveiled its new brand signature "Orange Kayna, Orange is here, Orange est là" on Thursday in Casablanca, aiming to enhance the operator's closeness with its customers.

"Orange Kayna" underscores the importance placed on upgrading networks and services and improving the quality of the customer experience by mobilizing Orange's employees, while offering increasingly tailored and innovative solutions to clientele.

Speaking on this occasion, the Secretary General of Orange Maroc, Hind Lfal, emphasized that this new signature reflects Orange Maroc's commitment to strengthening ties with users and ensuring they feel supported and cared for at every stage of their lives.

Furthermore, she highlighted the crucial importance of CSR engagement at Orange, citing one of its initiatives, "KhatwatKhir," which aims to support young girls from rural areas in continuing their education, thus reflecting the company's significant involvement in combating school dropout rates among these girls.

On the other hand, the solidarity FabLab provides essential support to entrepreneurs by offering cutting-edge digital equipment and technical expertise to help them design and develop their prototypes, continued Ms. Lfal, noting that this initiative demonstrates the company's commitment to supporting innovation while contributing to social progress and community empowerment.

Meanwhile, Orange Maroc's Consumer Director, Noël Château, stated that "Orange Maroc offers quality connectivity and internet network, as evidenced by the NPerf label."

As a major player, Orange Maroc boasts 1,280 employees, 17.4 million customers, and 435 points of sale across the country, including 50 Smart Stores, he informed, emphasizing that with over 8,000 km of fiber optics and 5,721 antennas, the operator ensures quality connectivity for its users.

In this vein, he pointed out that Orange demonstrates its dedication to its B2B customers by offering a variety of initiatives, services, and high-quality solutions tailored to their specific needs.

For his part, Orange Maroc's B to B Director, Brahim Sbai, argued that connectivity is an essential condition for the development of businesses and administrations, adding that Orange is currently working on strengthening it internationally and is striving to make Morocco a connectivity hub by opening another submarine cable that will connect Morocco to other African countries.

And he indicated that "Orange offers reliable and advanced connectivity solutions to meet the varied needs of businesses, working synergistically with global leading partners, local actors, and innovation centers to address challenges and seize opportunities in the Moroccan market."
