Mohammed VI Foundation Hosts Regional Communication Days in Marrakech
The Mohammed VI Foundation for the Social Works of National Security Personnel brought its “First Regional Communication Days” initiative to Marrakech on Thursday, marking the second stop after Casablanca.
Under the theme “The Communicative Approach: An Effective Choice for Improving Social Action,” the three-day event is designed to serve current staff, retirees, and eligible dependents. The initiative focuses on strengthening the foundation’s outreach and communication to deliver higher-quality social services for the National Security community.
The event, held at the Mohammed VI Administrative and Cultural Complex, featured a variety of stands set up by the foundation’s partners, including real estate developers, banks, insurance companies, and telecom providers. These stands offered attendees real-time support and services. Additionally, a pavilion was dedicated to showcasing the foundation’s wide array of social initiatives.
Divisional Commissioner Khalid Zahi, Deputy Treasurer of the Mohammed VI Foundation, emphasized the importance of the initiative, stating, “These days align with the directives of the Head of National Police (DGSN) and the Territorial Surveillance Agency (DGST), who prioritize improving the social conditions of the National Security family.” He noted that the event aims to build trust between the foundation and its members while fostering direct communication with its partners.
Police Commissioner Khalid El Oualid from the Marrakech Police Prefecture added that the event provides an opportunity to present the foundation’s services and partnerships directly to members. He highlighted the importance of addressing the needs of the National Security family to ensure their well-being.
Following the Casablanca (December 6-8) and Marrakech (December 12-14) stages, the initiative will continue in Tangier (December 20-22) and Rabat (December 27-29), with plans to expand nationwide.
Founded in 2010, the Mohammed VI Foundation for the Social Works of National Security Personnel is dedicated to enhancing the living conditions of National Security employees and their families. Through active engagement, the foundation strives to meet the expectations of its members while advancing social work initiatives for the benefit of the entire National Security community.
