Morocco shines on France Télévisions with new music travel show

Morocco is set to gain major international exposure through a new television program produced with the support of the Moroccan National Tourist Office (ONMT). The musical travel show “Voyage Voyage, les stars chantent au Maroc” will return in 2026 with a renewed and immersive format designed to highlight the country’s cultural richness and landscapes.

Scheduled to air on March 13, 2026 on the channels of France Télévisions, the program brings together several well-known artists from the French-speaking music scene. Through performances and encounters across the country, the show offers viewers a musical journey showcasing Morocco’s heritage, creativity and vibrant cultural life.

A musical journey across Morocco

The concept of the program is based on an itinerant narrative. Each musical performance is presented as a stop along a journey, with artists exploring different destinations and discovering local traditions and cultural expressions.

Filming took place in several iconic locations, including Rabat, Fes and Ouarzazate. These destinations were selected for their historical heritage and striking landscapes, which serve as a natural stage for the musical performances.

The show features renowned Moroccan landmarks such as the Kasbah of the Udayas, the Hassan Tower, the historic site of Chellah and the Ksar Ait Ben Haddou. Other locations include the Andalusian Garden in Rabat and the pottery village of Fes, highlighting traditional craftsmanship and cultural heritage.

Celebrating Moroccan creativity

Beyond the musical performances, the program also focuses on contemporary Moroccan culture. Artisans, designers and cultural actors share their work and traditions with the invited artists, offering audiences a closer look at the country’s creative energy.

The show is presented by Laury Thilleman and features a lineup of prominent francophone performers including Magic System, Dany Brillant, Nicoletta, Lorie, Lartiste, Barbara Pravi, Tina Arena, Yuri Buenaventura, Ycare and Natasha St-Pier.

Together, they reinterpret classic French songs and contemporary hits through new arrangements influenced by oriental sounds. The performances include unexpected duets and original musical collaborations recorded in spectacular settings.

Promoting Morocco to a wide audience

The broadcast on France Télévisions is expected to reach millions of viewers, providing Morocco with exceptional visibility as a tourism destination. The program will also be supported by a broad promotional campaign to maximize its impact.

Through this initiative, the Moroccan National Tourist Office continues to promote culture and artistic creation as powerful tools for inspiring travel. By combining music, heritage and landscapes, the show presents Morocco as a destination where tradition and modern creativity coexist.
