Foundation CDG launches DIGIT@CTION to promote digital social innovation in Morocco
Monday 10 - 10:20
Zoom

As part of its commitment to fostering social development and digital innovation, the Foundation CDG has announced the launch of DIGIT@CTION, a program aimed at supporting digital social innovation among Moroccan associations. This ambitious initiative seeks to enhance the social impact of the non-profit sector by integrating innovative digital solutions into their operations.

A structured program in three phases

DIGIT@CTION will select 20 association-led projects that will receive both technical and financial support to incorporate innovative digital solutions. The program aims to assist these organizations in achieving two key goals:

Improving the quality and efficiency of their social services through digital tools. Expanding their reach to serve a larger number of beneficiaries using tailored digital solutions.

Following this initial phase, a two-day hackathon will be organized to identify the 10 most promising projects. These selected initiatives will benefit from personalized mentoring for a month to help refine and develop their proposals.

In the final phase, six winning projects will be awarded funding and long-term support to ensure their solutions are implemented effectively. This will guarantee the sustainability and impact of their digital social innovations, contributing to a more digitalized and high-performing non-profit ecosystem.

With the launch of DIGIT@CTION, the Foundation CDG reaffirms its commitment to building a resilient and innovative associative network by fully leveraging the potential of digital tools for social development.

Associations interested in participating are invited to submit their applications through Foundation CDG's social media platforms, including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram.
