In a significant financial move, the high-end real estate project, Résidences Ritz-Carlton Marrakech, has secured a substantial investment exceeding $220 million from Ento Capital, the esteemed investment bank. This infusion of capital aims to bolster the ongoing construction and management of the opulent residences and hotel situated just outside the vibrant city of Marrakech.
Ento Capital has formed a strategic alliance with Al Amal Investment Company (SIAMA), the visionary force behind the expansive 50-hectare project. As part of this collaboration, Ento Capital is set to deliver world-class asset management services and coordinate various aspects of the high-end development.
