CESE unveils digital avatar “Rou’ya” to enhance citizen engagement

The Moroccan Economic, Social, and Environmental Council (CESE) has introduced its first-ever digital avatar, named “Rou’ya,” signaling a bold step toward modernizing institutional communication.
