Akdital posts strong growth in consolidated net profit in H1 2025

The Moroccan healthcare group Akdital recorded consolidated revenues of 2.09 billion dirhams in the first half of 2025, marking a sharp +68% increase compared to June 2024. This growth was mainly driven by the contribution of new facilities opened between 2024 and 2025, along with the reinforcement of its historical network. Strong performances were seen across its two main business segments: multidisciplinary services (+73%) and oncology (+65%) year-on-year.

Consolidated EBITDA reached 533 million dirhams, up 60% compared to H1 2024, reflecting higher activity levels and efficient management. The consolidated net profit stood at 214 million dirhams, representing a 69% increase, while the net profit attributable to the group was 194 million dirhams.

Akdital’s consolidated debt rose to 2.88 billion dirhams as of June 30, 2025, compared to 1.75 billion dirhams at the end of 2024, a 65% increase, due to the financing of its ambitious expansion program.

Looking ahead, the group plans to open 12 new facilities in 2025. After launching three establishments in the first half and three more in early Q3, another six openings are expected by year-end. Internationally, Akdital is pursuing opportunities in Saudi Arabia and the United Arab Emirates, with initial projects already underway.

During the first semester, Akdital expanded with the opening of a facility in Guelmim and the acquisition of two clinics in Laâyoune, directly contributing to job creation. Since the start of 2025, the group has generated 1,440 new jobs, bringing the total to 3,756 since H1 2024.
