Conservative Leader Pierre Poilievre recently raised concerns about Carney’s ties to China, citing a loan Brookfield secured from the Bank of China under Carney’s leadership. Despite these reassurances, experts argue that blind trusts may not be a perfect solution to avoid conflicts.
