The Moroccan government has unveiled significant real estate incentives through its "Pass Jeunes" program, following a strategic partnership with Al Omrane Group. The initiative, formalized in Rabat through an agreement signed by Youth, Culture and Communication Minister Mohamed Mehdi Bensaid, Housing Secretary of State Adib Benbrahim, and Al Omrane Board Chairman Housni El Ghazaoui, introduces substantial discounts on property purchases.

Young Moroccans, both domestic and abroad, can now access a 5% discount across Al Omrane Group's property portfolio. During special promotional periods, buyers can secure an additional 2% reduction, potentially saving between 15,000 and 100,000 dirhams depending on the property value.

Beyond financial benefits, the program creates professional development opportunities through internships at Al Omrane's regional offices, helping young people build skills and enter the workforce. The initiative also includes competitions to foster innovative housing solutions.

The program's reach extends nationwide, with participating properties available in major cities including Casablanca, Rabat, Fes, Meknes, and Marrakech, ensuring accessibility for young people across all regions.

This comprehensive approach aligns with broader government efforts to address youth aspirations, providing tangible solutions for both housing accessibility and professional development in Morocco's vital real estate sector.
