Cloud-based invoicing solution developed by Intelcia IT Solutions for Paragon
Intelcia IT Solutions has reinforced its position as a leader in IT services by developing a cutting-edge digitalization platform, Partner Dematerialization Platform (PDP), for Paragon, a key player in omnichannel communication and outsourcing. Named the Invoice Paragon Platform (IPP), this SaaS solution is specifically designed to meet the requirements of France's electronic invoicing reform, set to become mandatory on September 1, 2026. This transition aligns with a global shift, as Morocco also plans to introduce mandatory electronic invoicing in 2026.
Leveraging advanced cloud technologies, the IPP platform incorporates flexible interfaces and stringent controls to ensure full compliance with current regulations while maintaining optimal transaction security. Youssef El Aoufir, Deputy CEO of Intelcia, emphasized that this project highlights Moroccan expertise in digital services, showcasing its ability to address the needs of major international corporations. He also pointed out the synergy between Paragon and Intelcia IT Solutions, where Paragon's mastery of invoicing processes was seamlessly combined with Intelcia’s technological expertise to create an innovative and market-ready platform.
The collaboration was underpinned by rigorous project governance, ensuring efficient management and continuous co-construction through shared product ownership. This approach allowed teams to consistently challenge technical and functional decisions, resulting in a differentiated solution tailored for market demands.
Specifically designed for Paragon, IPP is an exclusive technology built to comply with current regulations while delivering a seamless and secure user experience. Omar Tantaoui El Araki, Director of Application Solutions at Intelcia IT Solutions, highlighted that this initiative reflects the company’s commitment to providing digitalization solutions that meet the strategic needs of businesses. He noted that Paragon chose Intelcia IT Solutions not only for its expertise in application development but also for its comprehensive understanding of regulatory and marketing challenges surrounding electronic invoicing.
Beyond France, this achievement presents significant opportunities for the Moroccan market, where invoice digitalization will also become mandatory in 2026. Intelcia IT Solutions plans to tailor its expertise to local requirements, further cementing Morocco’s position as a strategic technological hub capable of supporting digital transformations across Europe and beyond.
