Royal Air Maroc (RAM), Morocco's national airline, has once again been named "Best Airline in Africa" at the prestigious GT Tested Reader Survey Awards. The accolade, awarded by Global Traveler magazine, marks the second consecutive year RAM has received this honor, solidifying its status as a leader in African aviation.

In a statement, RAM highlighted that the recognition reflects its ongoing commitment to enhancing customer experiences, strengthening air connectivity, and promoting Africa’s presence on the global stage.

"We are proud to receive this significant award for the second year in a row, reaffirming our dedication to continuous improvement," said RAM's General Director. He emphasized that customers remain at the core of the company’s development strategy, adding, "We are committed to providing passengers with an ever-evolving travel experience that inspires excellence among our teams both on the ground and in the air."

The director also pledged to maintain this momentum, aiming to further consolidate RAM’s position in African air transport while contributing to the international recognition of Morocco and the continent.

The GT Tested Reader Survey Awards are widely regarded as a benchmark in the travel industry, recognizing excellence across more than 80 categories. This global survey gathers insights from 20,000 frequent travelers to determine the best companies in luxury tourism and travel.

In addition to RAM’s achievement, the Oneworld alliance, of which RAM has been a member since April 2020, was recognized as the "Best Airline Alliance" for the 15th consecutive year. Oneworld connects 13 airlines to a vast network of over 900 destinations worldwide, making it one of the largest airline alliances globally.

With this recognition, RAM continues to position itself as a key player in advancing African aviation while elevating the continent’s prominence in international travel.
