As heavy rainstorms ravaged several regions late last week, local authorities intensified efforts to alleviate the impact of severe flooding. In Figuig Province, helicopters were deployed to reach the hardest-hit areas, ensuring that essential supplies, including clothing, bedding, blankets, medicine, and food, reached affected residents.
Emergency response teams continue to assess flood damage across the regions of Tata, Figuig, Taroudant, Tinghir, and Guelmim, while offering critical assistance to those impacted. Authorities remain committed to supporting affected communities as recovery operations proceed.
