In an exclusive interview at Les Impériales Week 2025, Obi Chukka, Director of Creativity and Innovation at Globacom Nigeria, shared his perspective on adapting industries to a rapidly evolving world, emphasizing creativity's vital role in this transition.

During his conversation with Walaw, Chukka reflected on this year's theme of paradigm transformation: "Over the past year or two, we've all witnessed massive and rapid changes. It feels like the ground beneath us is shifting, with ideas and expectations evolving at lightning speed. This compels us to step back, evaluate what will remain, what will change, and what needs reinvention."

Chukka highlighted Les Impériales Week's significance as a platform for strategic thinking, noting its role in developing strategies to secure the future of businesses and their professionals.

As a jury member for Les Impériales 2025 awards, Chukka expressed his enthusiasm for Moroccan creative talent. "This is my second time judging work in Morocco, with the first being six years ago. Moroccan creativity continues to impress me. Some campaigns are so remarkable that I share them in other regions to showcase this incredible talent. I've seen projects that made me think: 'I wish I had thought of that idea.'"

He noted the diversity in the presented works, observing that while some focus on straightforward messaging, others push boundaries by combining creative excellence with commercial success.

In his closing remarks, Chukka emphasized the importance of embracing change and innovation to navigate uncertain times: "The pace of transformation demands intentional innovation. Events like Les Impériales Week enable us to exchange ideas and collectively build the future of our industries."

This exclusive insight from Obi Chukka highlights how creativity, adaptability, and collaboration are essential in meeting the challenges of a constantly evolving world. His message serves as a call to action for businesses and creatives to reinvent their strategies and embrace emerging opportunities.
