XPENG Maroc introduces the new P7+ premium electric sedan

XPENG Maroc has expanded its electric vehicle lineup with the launch of the new P7+, a fully electric premium sedan designed to combine advanced technology, long-distance comfort and high-end performance.

The model was unveiled by Smeia, the official importer of XPENG in Morocco, during an event held at the brand’s showroom in Casablanca Finance City (CFC). Positioned in the premium segment, the P7+ targets both private customers and professional users looking for a technologically advanced electric vehicle.

Driving experience highlights electric performance

To showcase the capabilities of the new sedan, XPENG Maroc organized a road test between Casablanca and Skhirat, allowing journalists to experience the vehicle under real driving conditions.

The route highlighted several key features of the P7+, including its refined suspension system, quiet operation, smooth electric power delivery and advanced driver assistance technologies.

The experience demonstrated XPENG’s approach to electric mobility, combining efficiency with a focus on comfort and everyday usability.

Spacious design focused on passenger comfort

The P7+ places strong emphasis on interior space and versatility. With a 3,000 mm wheelbase, the electric sedan offers a spacious cabin designed to provide comfort for both daily journeys and longer trips.

Storage capacity is another major strength, with a 725-litre trunk that can expand to 2,221 litres when the rear seats are folded down. The vehicle also includes 35 storage compartments throughout the cabin, adapting to modern mobility needs.

Inside, the focus is on premium comfort. The sedan features Nappa leather seats with heating, ventilation and massage functions, alongside a panoramic roof, enhanced sound insulation and an active noise reduction system aimed at creating a quieter driving environment.

Digital technology at the centre of the experience

Technology plays a central role in the P7+ experience. The vehicle is equipped with a 15.6-inch central touchscreen that manages key functions and supports both Apple CarPlay and Android Auto connectivity.

Through the XPENG mobile application, users can remotely access several vehicle functions, including locking and unlocking, climate control management and charging monitoring.

These digital features reflect the growing role of connected services in the electric vehicle market, where manufacturers are increasingly integrating software solutions alongside traditional automotive engineering.

XPENG strengthens its position in Morocco’s EV market

With the launch of the P7+, XPENG Maroc continues to expand its presence in Morocco’s growing electric mobility sector.

The new sedan reflects the brand’s strategy of offering premium electric models that combine design, comfort, intelligent technologies and sustainable driving solutions.

As demand for electric vehicles continues to develop, the arrival of models such as the P7+ highlights the increasing competition among global manufacturers seeking to establish themselves in Morocco’s evolving automotive market.
