Truck crashes into buildings in Fnideq, death toll rises to six
The death toll from a tragic accident in Fnideq has risen to six, local authorities reported. The incident occurred on Saturday, December 6, when a truck carrying a large load of construction materials collided with two residential and commercial buildings. Initial reports had indicated four fatalities and eight injuries of varying severity.
The first building, a three-story structure, housed a café and several apartments, while the second, four stories high, contained shops and an unclassified hotel. The impact also caused significant damage to the surrounding area, including seven parked vehicles.
