Technopark Morocco appoints Driss Lemjaouri as new director general

Driss Lemjaouri has been appointed director general of Technopark Morocco, also known as MITC, following a meeting of the company’s board of directors held on September 18, 2026.

The board meeting was chaired by Amal El Fallah Seghrouchni, Morocco’s minister delegate in charge of Digital Transition and Administrative Reform. The appointment marks a new phase for the organization as it seeks to expand its role in supporting innovation, entrepreneurship and the country’s digital economy.

From digital ecosystems to Technopark leadership

Before taking charge of Technopark Morocco, Lemjaouri served as director of Digital Ecosystems and Entrepreneurship at the ministry responsible for digital transition.

In that position, he was involved in advancing Morocco Digital 2030, the national strategy designed to accelerate the country’s digital development and strengthen the foundations of its technology ecosystem.
