Strengthening Arab Unity: Enhancing Parliamentary Cooperation
Morocco's House of Representatives Speaker, Rachid Talbi El Alami, convened with Qatar’s Shura Council Secretary General, Ahmed bin Nasser Al-Fadala, in his role as President of the Association of Secretaries-General of Arab Parliaments. The purpose of the meeting was to bolster connections among Arab legislatures and foster collaborative efforts across borders.
In a statement issued by Morocco's lower house, El Alami and Al-Fadala explored avenues to enhance Arab parliamentary cooperation through increased exchange programs and joint parliamentary sessions.
