Samsung brings the Galaxy S26 FE to Morocco with new AI-powered features
Samsung Electronics has announced the launch of its new Galaxy S26 FE in Morocco this September, adding a new model to the Galaxy S26 family and introducing the first device in the series to run One UI 9.
The smartphone combines enhanced artificial intelligence features with upgraded photography and video tools, positioning it as a device designed to deliver several of the capabilities associated with Samsung's flagship Galaxy S range.
The Galaxy S26 FE features a triple rear-camera system with 3x optical zoom and a 12-megapixel front camera. Samsung has also equipped the device with its Nightography technology for low-light photography, while Super Steady with Horizontal Lock is designed to provide smoother and more stable video recording while users are moving.
Among its new camera-related tools is My FanCam, which automatically tracks a subject selected by the user and keeps it centered in the frame as it moves. Photo Assist allows users to edit images through written prompts, while Gemini Omni can use photos and videos stored in the phone's gallery to generate videos featuring music, transitions and visual effects.
The smartphone runs One UI 9 and incorporates a range of Galaxy AI capabilities, including an upgraded Now Brief and the new Now Nudge feature. It also supports Gemini services for carrying out multi-step tasks from a single request, alongside Circle to Search with Google and Gemini Live for identifying and searching for elements found within images.
On the hardware side, the Galaxy S26 FE comes with a 6.7-inch AMOLED display supporting a 120Hz refresh rate. It is powered by a 4,900mAh battery with 45W fast charging, offering a combination aimed at users seeking both high-quality visuals and extended everyday use.
Samsung has also committed to long-term software support for the device. The company says the smartphone will receive seven generations of operating system upgrades and seven years of security updates.
Data transfers are also being simplified through an upgraded version of Smart Switch, which enables users to wirelessly move a range of data from devices running either Android or iOS.
Jay Kim, Executive Vice President and Head of the Customer Experience Office within Samsung Electronics' Mobile eXperience division, said the new smartphone was designed to bring key Galaxy S features to users, with particular attention to photography, artificial intelligence and the One UI 9 interface.
The Galaxy S26 FE is expected to become available in Morocco during September in three colors: Blueberry, Graphite and Pistachio. Samsung has not yet disclosed the official Moroccan retail price.
