Porsche unveils the Cayenne E-Hybrid Black Edition with enhanced equipment and exclusive styling

German automaker Porsche has introduced a new special series of its flagship SUV, the Porsche Cayenne E-Hybrid Black Edition, combining distinctive design elements, expanded standard features and a plug-in hybrid powertrain aligned with the brand’s performance heritage.

Positioned as a limited and highly equipped edition, the model integrates more than 250,000 Moroccan dirhams’ worth of additional features as standard, strengthening its appeal in the premium SUV segment.

A sharper visual identity

While retaining the imposing proportions of the Cayenne, the Black Edition emphasizes sportier details. Exterior accents include black-finished window surrounds and 21-inch RS Spyder Design wheels delivered as standard, enhancing the vehicle’s road presence. Depending on the selected version, SportDesign elements further underline the dynamic character without compromising the model’s refined profile.

Inside, the cabin reflects Porsche’s understated luxury philosophy. Brushed black aluminum inserts, carefully selected materials and refined finishes create an environment that balances sportiness and comfort while remaining unmistakably Porsche.

Plug-in hybrid performance with versatility

Under the hood, the plug-in hybrid system allows drivers to switch seamlessly between electric and combustion power. In urban settings, the vehicle can operate in fully electric mode for daily commutes, offering a driving range of up to 89 kilometers under the WLTP cycle.

On open roads, a 3.0-liter V6 engine delivers the performance expected from the Stuttgart-based brand. The Black Edition is available in four variants: Cayenne E-Hybrid and Cayenne S E-Hybrid, each offered as a standard SUV or Coupé. This range allows customers to prioritize either efficiency or enhanced performance, particularly in the more powerful S versions.

Technology and comfort as standard

A key highlight of the Black Edition is its generous equipment package. Features typically offered as optional extras are included as standard, such as HD Matrix LED headlights with tinted finish, adaptive air suspension with leveling system and PASM, 360-degree camera assistance, adaptive cruise control and lane change assist.

The model also includes 14-way electrically adjustable comfort front seats with memory function, embossed Porsche crests on the headrests, tinted rear windows, a premium Bose Surround Sound System and a hands-free electric tailgate with comfort access.

According to the manufacturer, this configuration would normally require a substantial additional investment. By integrating these features into the base specification, Porsche positions the Black Edition as a competitive offering within the luxury SUV market.

Immediate availability

Unlike fully customized orders that may involve extended waiting periods, the Cayenne E-Hybrid Black Edition is available promptly, subject to stock. In Morocco, pricing starts at 1,550,000 dirhams including taxes for a fully equipped vehicle.

Produced in limited quantities, the model reinforces Porsche’s strategy of blending electrification, performance and exclusivity in the evolving premium automotive landscape.
