Oppo launches A6 series with focus on battery life and performance

OPPO has unveiled its new A6 smartphone series in Morocco, introducing four models designed for everyday use with an emphasis on battery life, performance, and smooth operation. The lineup includes A6 8+256GB 5G, A6 6+128GB 4G, A6x 4+128GB 4G, and A6x 4+256GB 4G, targeting users seeking reliable devices across different price segments.

The company positions the A6 series as a balance between accessibility and advanced features. The devices integrate high-capacity batteries and competitive processors aimed at delivering stable performance for daily tasks and entertainment. OPPO also highlights the integration of ColorOS 15, which improves system fluidity through its Full-Dimensional Scene Smoothness optimization.

Battery capacity stands as a central feature. The A6 and A6s models offer up to 7,000 mAh, while the A6x variants include 6,500 mAh and 6,100 mAh batteries. These capacities support extended use, with up to 24.36 hours of calls and 28.6 hours of video streaming under standard conditions.

Charging performance complements the large batteries. The A6s models support 80W SUPERVOOC fast charging, reaching a full charge in 61 minutes. The A6 models include 45W SUPERVOOC technology, enabling a full recharge in about 88 minutes, improving daily usability.

To maintain consistent performance, OPPO integrates its SuperCool VC cooling system. The setup uses a 3,900 mm² vapor chamber and expanded graphite coverage to manage heat distribution and prevent overheating. This design supports stable performance during intensive tasks such as gaming and prolonged usage.

The devices also feature a 120 Hz Ultra Bright display, enhancing responsiveness during scrolling and interaction while maintaining visual clarity.

Durability is another focus. The A6 series carries SGS certification with IP66, IP68, and IP69 ratings, offering resistance to water jets, immersion up to 1.5 meters for 30 minutes, and exposure to high-temperature water. The structure includes a reinforced frame with sealed components designed to withstand exposure to multiple types of liquids, improving reliability in everyday conditions.

OPPO stated that pricing and availability details will be announced separately for each market.
