Morocco Pioneers Hydrogen Storage Innovation in Automotive Sector
In a significant move towards sustainable transportation, Morocco's Mohammed VI Polytechnic University (UM6P) has joined forces with global technology leader Capgemini to explore cutting-edge solutions for hydrogen storage in vehicles. The partnership, formalized through a memorandum of understanding, brings together UM6P's Laboratory for Inorganic Materials for Sustainable Energy Technologies (LIMSET) and Capgemini's expertise in hydrogen mobility. Mouna Benazzou, General Director of Capgemini Engineering for Morocco and Egypt, emphasized the company's commitment to creating a cleaner, more sustainable energy future. "This project is not just a technological advancement but a step towards realizing our shared vision of an environmentally respectful energy industry," she stated.
