Mawazine 2025 unites global and local sounds in a night of cultural harmony
The 2025 edition of the Mawazine Festival continues its vibrant program this Monday, blending international, Arab, and Moroccan music across multiple stages to offer audiences unforgettable cultural experiences.
Festivities begin at the historic Chellah site at 5:30 p.m., where the internationally renowned artist The Snake Charmer will deliver a unique fusion of Eastern and Western musical traditions.
Later in the evening, at 9:00 p.m., the Mohamed V Theater will host Hologramme as part of the Eastern music program, paving the way for performances on the festival’s main stages.
By 10:30 p.m., shows will be in full swing across different venues. The Abou Rakrak stage will welcome Nigerian artist Etuk Ubong, while the Nahda space will feature a double performance by Arab music star Shatha Hassoun and Moroccan singer Nordo, blending Eastern melodies with local flair.
On the OLM Souissi stage, international hip-hop and alternative music fans will be treated to a special appearance by global star Kid Cudi, expected to draw a massive crowd.
Meanwhile, the beach in Salé will showcase Moroccan talent with a trio of performances by Ali Ssamid, 7-Toun, and Nadia Laaroussi. Their sets will celebrate the richness and diversity of local rhythms, extending the evening with a blend of tradition and modernity—reaffirming the artistic depth and variety that define the Mawazine Festival.
