Manama Summit: Morocco's Crucial Role in Promoting Regional Stability

The Bahrain Declaration, issued at the 33rd Arab Summit in Manama, strongly endorses Morocco's steadfast commitment to regional peace and security. It commends the Kingdom's dedicated efforts in contributing to stability across the region, emphasizing Morocco's pivotal role in navigating complex geopolitical landscapes and fostering an environment conducive to conflict resolution.

The communiqué pays tribute to Morocco's unwavering support for the Palestinian cause, highlighting the nation's substantial contribution of $12.5 million towards bolstering the capital of the Jerusalem Fund. This recognition coincides with King Mohammed VI's unequivocal condemnation of Israeli aggression targeting civilians in Gaza, reaffirming Morocco's solidarity with the Palestinian people and their inalienable rights.

In his address to the summit participants in Rabat, King Mohammed VI asserted, "The situation in Gaza only enhances our determination to ensure the Palestinian issue remains at the core of efforts to establish a just and lasting peace in the Middle East."
