Macron warns Russia refuses ceasefire as revised Ukraine peace plan meets resistance
French President Emmanuel Macron has declared explicitly that Russia shows no willingness to agree to a ceasefire with Ukraine at this time. Speaking after a high-level video conference with 30 coalition countries supporting Ukraine, Macron emphasized the need to maintain pressure on Moscow amid ongoing hostilities.
