Israeli forces attack Gaza hospital, killing two patients
Israeli forces recently targeted the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Younis, Gaza, resulting in the deaths of two individuals, including journalist Hassan Eslaih. Several other patients and staff members were also injured during the bombing.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced plans to send mediators to Qatar for truce discussions after Hamas released a US-Israeli soldier. Israel’s office also confirmed that military actions aimed at expanding the war on Gaza will be postponed until after US President Donald Trump’s visit to the Middle East.
According to Gaza’s Health Ministry, the ongoing conflict has resulted in the deaths of at least 52,862 Palestinians and injuries to 119,648 others. The Government Media Office recently reported a revised death toll of over 61,700, citing the large number of individuals still missing under rubble, presumed dead.
On October 7, 2023, Hamas-led attacks in Israel killed approximately 1,139 individuals and took more than 200 people captive.
