On April 23 and 24, 2026, the Cicchetti brand officially opened its doors within the prestigious The View Hotel Rabat, located in the dynamic Hay Riad district. The result of a strategic alliance between Experienciah, Sunset Hospitality Group (SHG), and the San Carlo Group, this opening marks the arrival of a concept that has already conquered London, Dubai, and Riyadh.

Sharing as a philosophy: The art of “Cicchetti”

Inspired by the Venetian tradition of bacari, the term “cicchetti” refers to small gourmet plates meant to be shared spontaneously over a drink. In Rabat, this tradition is reinterpreted through a contemporary and urban lens.

Under the direction of Alessandro Raimondi, who brings international expertise in luxury hospitality, the restaurant offers a fluid experience that breaks away from the conventions of formal dining. The concept is simple: transform every meal into a sensory and social journey, ideal for both business lunches and elegant aperitivi in the early evening.

A sanctuary of design and flavors

The restaurant’s décor, designed to accommodate 90 guests, subtly combines light wood, Carrara marble, and rich velvet. Within this refined setting, Executive Chef Alessandro Lanza orchestrates a true Italian culinary symphony.

The menu focuses on the integrity of flavors, with ingredients sourced directly from Italy. Among the signature dishes already making an impression are:
