On Thursday, November 28, Tangier hosted a major stop in the Business Meetings, an initiative led by inwi in partnership with the Digital Development Agency (ADD) and the Moroccan Association of Information Systems Users (AUSIM). This event, which brought together over 70 business leaders, highlighted the strategic role of digitalization as a growth driver for Morocco's industry.

The discussions during the event focused on the opportunities presented by the Internet of Things (IoT), big data, and artificial intelligence for Moroccan businesses, especially small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). These technologies were showcased as essential tools for optimizing performance, reducing costs, and enhancing competitiveness in both local and international markets.

"Digitalization is not just a trend; it is an essential lever that enables our industry to align with the global dynamics of innovation and sustainability," said a representative of inwi during the event's opening.

Khouloud Abejja, Director of Digital Transformation at ADD, emphasized the importance of this event in advancing the digital transformation of Moroccan businesses:

"Today, ADD is participating in the third stop of the Business Meetings organized by inwi in partnership with the Digital Development Agency and AUSIM. ADD, as a major digital player, aims to demonstrate how digital tools are real accelerators for performance and efficiency, particularly for small and medium-sized businesses. This event is also an opportunity to share our perspective on the tools we provide to facilitate their digitalization, offer training, raise awareness, and encourage them to take an active part in the Fourth Industrial Revolution."

As a comprehensive operator, inwi presented concrete solutions to support this transition. These include its sovereign infrastructures, eight national data centers, and cybersecurity services, ensuring the security and efficiency of information systems.

Inwi also showcased its high-speed connectivity solutions, crucial for the operation of connected factories, and tools designed to support the digital transformation of businesses of all sizes.

The event featured practical workshops, where participants engaged with experts and received personalized advice. These sessions addressed the concrete challenges of digitalization and presented strategies for integrating Industry 4.0 technologies into business roadmaps.

This Tangier stop is part of a series of events initiated by inwi to promote innovation and support Moroccan businesses in their digital transition. The 7th edition’s final event will take place on December 19 in Agadir.

In Tangier, the commitment of partners such as ADD underscored that digitalization is far more than just a tool: it is a foundational pillar for building a resilient, sustainable, and globally competitive Moroccan industry.
