Emirati prince expands economic presence in Morocco through new holding company

Sheikh Ammar Hamid Rashid Al Nuaimi, Crown Prince of the Emirate of Ajman, has launched a new investment initiative in Morocco by establishing a holding company named Frame Holding, according to Médias24.

The new company is based on Jean Jaurès Street in Casablanca and was founded on April 22, 2025. It was officially registered in the city's commercial registry on May 22 of the same year, with an initial capital of 100,000 dirhams.

Frame Holding is structured to participate in a wide range of companies across industrial, commercial, financial, and real estate sectors. Its objectives also include acquiring, managing, and owning various assets.

In addition, the company is authorized to purchase and manage securities and participation rights, and to oversee the administrative, legal, and financial coordination of its subsidiaries.

The company also plans to offer consulting services and conduct studies in administrative, accounting, technical, commercial, and financial fields. It will manage and capitalize on intellectual and industrial property rights.

Its founding charter enables it to carry out all types of financial, commercial, industrial, and real estate operations, either directly or indirectly, in line with its strategic growth objectives.

This move reflects a broader trend of growing Gulf investment in Morocco, particularly in high-growth sectors such as real estate, finance, and services.
