Bryan Adams to perform two intimate shows in Rabat and Tangier
Bryan Adams will bring his acoustic tour, The Bare Bones Show, to Morocco this spring for two exclusive performances in Rabat and Tangier, marking a rare and intimate appearance by the Canadian rock icon in the country .
The concerts are scheduled for May 5, 2026 at Théâtre Mohammed V in Rabat and May 6, 2026 at Palais des Arts et de la Culture in Tangier. The Moroccan dates form part of Adams’ international tour and offer audiences a stripped down reinterpretation of his four decade catalogue .
Unlike large scale arena productions, The Bare Bones Show is presented in a fully acoustic format. Performing primarily with his guitar and accompanied by pianist Gary Breit, Adams revisits his best known songs in an intimate setting that places emphasis on musical authenticity and emotional connection .
The production is described as a minimalist experience focused on the essence of songwriting, with no elaborate staging or visual effects. Organizers say the format allows for closer interaction between the artist and the audience, creating a more personal concert atmosphere .
Adams, whose career spans nearly 40 years, has released 17 studio albums and sold more than 100 million records worldwide. He has received three Academy Award nominations, five Golden Globe nominations and a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame .
The selection of Théâtre Mohammed V and Palais des Arts et de la Culture underscores the cultural significance of the event. Both venues are regarded as leading performance spaces in Morocco and are expected to host what organizers describe as two landmark nights in the country’s 2026 cultural calendar .
