Auto Hall: Capital Increase Subscribed Beyond Expectations, A Strong Market Signal

Auto Hall confirms the attractiveness of its financing operation. The group announced the successful closure of its cash capital increase, with subscription amounts significantly exceeding the initially planned envelope.

Validated by the Moroccan Capital Market Authority (AMMC) on July 15, 2026, under reference no. VI/EM/025/2026, this operation aimed to allow Auto Hall to raise up to 249.99 million dirhams. It involved the issuance of a maximum of 3,846,050 new shares, offered at a price of 65 dirhams per share, with a nominal value set at 10 dirhams.

Over 274 million dirhams in subscriptions

The final figures indicate an interest surpassing the maximum capacity initially planned for the operation. At the end of the subscription period, 274,259,440 dirhams were contributed by investors.

The number of shares requested also reached a level above the initially set ceiling, with 4,219,376 subscribed shares compared to a maximum of 3,846,050 shares that could be issued.

This difference between the available offer and the recorded demand reflects a oversubscription of the operation, while the arrangement provided for a parity of 13 new shares for 170 old shares.

An operation regulated by the AMMC

The capital increase falls within the regulatory framework applicable to operations involving the Moroccan capital market. The operation note received AMMC approval in mid-July, paving the way for this fundraising.

For Auto Hall, the success of the operation thus serves as an important indicator of the confidence granted to the group by investors. The gap between the maximum sought amount and the amount actually subscribed particularly highlights the intensity of the recorded demand.

With this operation now closed, the group has a new financial milestone in its development, while the Moroccan market reaffirms its interest in operations to strengthen the equity of listed companies.
