AtlantaSanad Assurance has just obtained the renewal of the ISO 9001 Version 2015 quality certification for its Bancassurance activity. Issued following an audit by the BUREAU VERITAS firm (accredited by COFRAC), the certification was renewed with no deviations from all the requirements of the standard, according to a company statement.

Initially obtained in March 2020, this certification was the first of its kind in the insurance market in Morocco and made AtlantaSanad Assurance the first company to certify its Bancassurance scope to the ISO 9001 standard. In March 2024, the company achieved the fifth renewal of this quality certification after an audit that revealed no deviations or sensitivity points among the 309 requirements of the standard, it is reported.

"The renewal of this quality certification, for the fifth consecutive time, reinforces our strategy based on a performance-oriented management system," said Jalal Benchekroun, CEO of AtlantaSanad Assurance, quoted in the statement.

He added that "this certification represents the daily commitment of our employees to maintain not only the trust of our clients and partners but also to put quality, on a daily basis, at the heart of our customer orientation."

Indeed, the five-year maintenance of this certification is the result of hard work based on a desire to better serve clients, through a participatory and transversal approach that places quality at the center of the company's concerns.

With this fifth renewal of its quality certification, AtlantaSanad Assurance is committed to a process of continuous and constant improvement of its Quality System and aims even further for Operational Excellence. The company also confirms through this achievement that customer orientation, which is indeed an integral part of the company's values, is concretely implemented through best practices in day-to-day operations, concludes the statement.
